We onboard 8–12 new retailers each month. The 48-hour evaluation is short, but here's what our field team is actually looking for.
**1. Operational discipline.** Is the shop open on the hours it advertises? Are billing systems digital (or at least consistent)? Is the inventory zone separate from the counter?
**2. Volume potential.** We're not looking for ₹10 lakh first-order retailers. We're looking for steady ₹1.5–3 lakh monthly cycles with growth potential — that's where our network economics work.
**3. Credit profile.** We pull a soft reference check with two existing distributors. Late-payment history isn't a deal-breaker, but undisclosed history is.
**4. Owner alignment.** Does the owner make decisions on stocking, or is it run by a part-time relative? Owner-run shops convert into long-term partnerships 3× more reliably.
If you're a retailer reading this — submit an inquiry. We'd love to evaluate working together.
