**Geography.** Meerut sits at a road-junction crossroads — NH-58 to Dehradun, NH-334 toward Bareilly, and direct truck access to West UP, Uttarakhand foothills, and parts of Haryana. A truck leaving Meerut at 6 am can reach 80% of our retailer base before lunch.
**Timing.** Through the 2010s, Meerut accumulated specialised cold-chain warehouse capacity at a fraction of NCR rents. By the time we were scaling in 2020, the infrastructure existed without the Delhi-NCR cost overhead.
**Talent.** Meerut produces a steady stream of pharma-trained warehouse staff and field sales reps who don't need NCR salaries to stay rooted. That's been the quietest but most durable advantage.
